XL White Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip & XL White Chocolate Cinnamon Chip Cookies

So... I think I win the worst blogger of the year award, I havent posted in over a month and havent commented on anyones blogs recently either. But, dont worry I still have been looking at all the yummy fall desserts every one has been baking up lately. I promise to get back in the
swing of things soon.

My last post was about XL Chocolate Chip cookies I saw on Picky Palate. These are the same cookies just using slightly different ingredients! This time I used white chocolate chips and added peanut butter chips in half and cinnamon chips in the other half. I didnt really end up getting many pictures with the peanut butter chips cookies cause they dissappeared quickly.

This recipe can be changed so easily to whatever cookie flavors you are craving. I really enjoyed the white chocolate and cinnamon combination however, most people went straight for the peanut butter chip ones! If you dont have this muffin topper pan, I highly recommend running out and getting one! I love mine!

  6. Hey, stranger! lol No worries about not being able to blog or comment. It happens.

My cookies don't bake as nicely in that pan. I haven't quite figured out the temp & time for it.

  9. Glad you're back!
I love the idea of making gigantic cookies. I don't have that pan, but I've found that using a 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie does the trick too.

  12. My sister is not a baker, but she loves the tops of muffins so I was going to get her one of these pans for Christmas a couple years back. I never found them! No worries though because she'd probably use it to sort her jewelery :-(

But now I want one for me! Those look incredible.

  14. Smitten Sugar is the BEST. Krystle is so talented and made my fiance's birthday so much more memorable and special with the edible treats. Krystle made an ice cream cake with white icing and cookies n' cream ice cream in the cake. She also has the capability to put images on her treats which made it extra special. He was so surprised to see his favorite soccer team's crest on the cake! She also made cookies with the edible images on them. The cake and the cookies were a HUGE part of the party's success. Thank you so much for the awesome Smitten Sugar!!!
